The Family Crisis Center Wants You To Know What Love Should Be
October is Domestic Violence Awareness month, and the Family Crisis Center of East Texas is gearing up for some informative and potentially life saving events.
One of the great campaigns they have going on is the "Love Should" campaign. They'd like as many people as possible to write down what love should be and take a picture with the message sharing it to social media with the hashtag #FCCETDVAM2015.
#FCCETDVAM2015 is an accronym for Family Crisis Center East Texas Domestic Violence Awareness Month 2015, and by tagging your shared images properly, it will help them see just how much of an impact they had, as well as help get the message and 24 hour crisis hotline number (1800-828-7233) spread to anyone that may need it.
Again, The Family Crisis Center has some great events happening all over Lufkin and Nacogdoches which you can learn about at by clicking this link for the specific details on their community garage sale, free self defense class, family fun day,and "Zombie Walk to Scare Away Family Violence," which is the most fun for the kids.
