Kelly Clarkson has been busy! Not only does her next album come out in the fall, but she's formed a girl group as well.

The group is called Already Famous and they've already recorded a few songs.

The group is made up of Clarkson and her two backup singers, Jill Pickering and Kate Rapier.

“We switch on different songs,” they wrote on their Twitter in response to a fan asking who fronts the band, “We all sing lead, alto, and soprano at different points.”

As for the meaning behind the name, they say it has no deep meaning, it was just funny.

“We couldn’t decide so we went to Sephora and picked the funniest nail polish name,” they wrote. “No deeper meaning.”

Check out as they perform Miley Cyrus’ “The Climb” below.
