Join us at the Angelina College Student Center Courtyard on April 12th, at 11 AM to see several groups of men walking in women's shoes to raise awareness about sexual assault.

April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month, and The Family Crisis Center of East Texas continues to do a superb job getting the word out about sexual assault and the victims that live with it every day.

Here are a few images from this very same event in the previous years. You can see that it's a good way to have some fun, and get a crowd gathered to promote a good message and invaluable information.

Visit the Family Crisis Center of East Texas on their Facebook page or official website for more information. Come out to Angelina College tomorrow to see all the high heel action!

In case you missed their "Prevention in the Park" event, we made a video showing just a few tidbits of the live performances, guest speakers, and the blowing of the bubbles. (Which signified the loss of childlike innocence, and honored the victims of sexual assault in the past.)
